Orders
Customers must provide correct
information, text, names, sizes, colors, and designs when placing an order.
2.
Design Approval
Customers should check and approve
the design before printing. Once approved, changes may not be possible.
3.
Custom Products
Custom-made products such as T-shirts,
trophies, awards, banners, cards, and gifts cannot normally be returned or
exchanged after production.
4.
Customer Information
Customers are responsible for
providing correct names, spelling, contact details, and other information.
5.
Quality
We always try to provide
good-quality products. Small differences in color may occur between the design
shown on a screen and the final printed product.
6.
Cancellation
Orders may not be cancelled after
production has started.
